I have used Audio Visual Concepts for four projects. The most recent was the reconfiguration of my living room, all the a/v equipment and the installation of a new 85” smart tv. I worked primarily with Jose Rubio this time. He gave me an excellent referral to a cabinet maker. He took his time to meet with us, answer questions and explain options. Everything was scheduled, deadlines were met and the final installation went off perfectly. In addition, Jose stayed with me until I was totally comfortable with the operation of all of the equipment. We highly recommend Audio Visual Concepts and their whole team.

Audio Video Concepts is not only a great company, their customer service is excellent! Emanuel and his team took over an extremely poor security camera installation project, which was previously installed by a “Gold Star Authorized Dealer with Control4”, but after 2+ months, this dealer and his team still didn’t have our system up and running correctly. I'm so very fortunate to have found Emanuel, and he and his team were able to redo this project and complete it within a timely manner.
